BREEAM
One of the most widely used sustainability frameworks in the world and perhaps the most well-known in the Belgian real estate sector. In addition to new construction and renovation, the operational phase of a building can also be assessed (BREEAM In-Use). This applies to civil infrastructure as well (BREEAM Infrastructure).
By the way, we work closely with the BRE and train new assessors on their behalf.
DGNB
The German sustainability certification for, among other things, evaluating buildings, is also one of the most comprehensive labels on the Belgian real estate market. It has a high correlation with the EU Taxonomy and places a strong emphasis on pollution prevention in materials, circular principles and the entire building life cycle.

LEED
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a sustainability certification from the United States. This system is increasingly being used in Europe, especially by companies that have close ties to the US and strive for consistent sustainability standards worldwide.
EDGE
EDGE is an internationally recognized certification system developed by the International Finance Corporation and the Worldbank Group. It's designed to make sustainability simple and cost-effective, making it an attractive alternative. EDGE certification focuses on quantifying savings and sustainable choices in the areas of energy, water and materials (embodied carbon).
Our EDGE experts and auditors are ready to help you assess both new, sustainable projects and existing portfolios. This is how your development projects give you a sustainable edge!
WELL
This certification focuses specifically on the comfort and health of building users. This includes aspects such as the use of pollution-free materials, acoustics, thermal comfort and air quality; issues that are also receiving increasing attention in Europe.
Our WELL experts are ready to help you with your (pre-)assessment and focus on the People aspect of your real estate project.
GRO
GRO is a flexible tool developed to measure and improve the sustainability of construction projects, supported by Belgian public authorities, and with a strong focus on circular construction.
We can support you in this and also make the link to the DNSH principle. These are essential for obtaining European subsidies applicable to public procurement.
Level(s)
Level up your game with this sustainability framework developed by the European Commission, which is regularly referred to in the EU Taxonomy. It offers a standardised approach to evaluate and report the environmental performance of buildings throughout their lifecycle in line with Europe's goals.
We can help you integrate the Level(s) methodology into every phase of your construction project.
Environmental due diligence
The technical condition of a building is crucial for valuation during an acquisition or sale. A Technical Due Diligence (TDD) is an assessment that provides insight into both the technical capabilities and risks of a property.
We can expand this inspection with a thorough evaluation of various sustainability aspects. Consider climate adaptation, reuse of structural elements, and adaptability.
